The bilateral cooperation between the two countries has yielded fruitful results and multilateral cooperation has become increasingly closer. As the largest state in South Sudan, Jonglei State has a vast territory, rich resources and beautiful scenery. It plays an important role in South Sudan's peace process and economic and social development. China attaches great importance to deepening friendly relations with all states in South Sudan, including Jonglei State, and is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in areas such as flood relief, education, health, agriculture, and capacity building, and support Jonglei State to develop its economy and improve people's livelihood within its capacity.
