On July 14th, H.E. Amb. Ma Qiang met with Hon. Sarah Cleto Rial, Governor of Western Bahr el Ghazal State. The two sides discussed bilateral exchanges at sub-national level especially the cooperation in agriculture, capacity building and so on.
